Steel Coating pre-treats and dry powder enamels almost everything within steel for the building industry, machine industry, interior and design as well as other trades. Steel subject are secured optimum fastening before the enameling by a preceding degreasing and iron phosphating followed by more hosing with demineralised water.

As a standard for steel, the enameling belongs in corrosion class 2 to 3.

Higher corrosion classes are accomplished by sanding of the raw subjects followed by zinc priming before the top layer of enameling is sprayed onto the subject.

Aluminium

Aluminium for facade elements, the car industry, the electronics industry, etc. are secured many years of corrosion protection by the correct pre-treatment.

On our computer controlled eight-step pre-treatment plant the aluminium subjects are always secured an optimum treatment which secures a perfect corrosion protection and fastening.

Steel Coating uses staining and green chromate for pre-treating the aluminium for outdoor use. This process is carried through according to GSB standards and EU legislation 2002//95/EC which concerns surface treatment of electric components and machines in force by 1 July 2006.
